XOCÔ aka Mestre Sérgio Xocolate is a master teacher of Traditional Capoeira, celebrating over forty years of practice who also dons the regalia of the Caboclo de Lança- warrior protector entity of the Traditional Maracatu Rural, an instantly recognizable cultural phenomenon from Pernambuco Northeast Brazil and XOCÔ is the only known lineage holder and cultural ambassador in all of North America.
